What materials may be used for windows in the future.

Companies manufacturing plastic for window profiles, do everything possible to increase the attractiveness of their product. Some companies are betting on a cost reduction, the other on improving the user characteristics, others on functionality. In any case, it is necessary to conduct studies of the composition of the plastics. Currently a lot of high-tech plastics were received which can be a godsend for the production of windows.

Almost all modern plastics are produced from non-renewable resources, so scientists have been working on the problem of obtaining raw materials for their production from renewable sources. More than fifty years ago was launched the work on the production of plastics from agricultural products. Initially, such materials were very expensive and did not have the necessary  characteristics.

However, work continued and today the production has already received a number of bioplastics. Its main advantage is environmental cleanliness. This plastic is made from plants with a high content of fatty acids omega-7: corn, sugar cane and others.
